How To Apply

Rolling Plans advertises job opportunities through Recruitment Management System requiring the applicants to submit application through an Electronic Recruitment Application (ERA) that helps to ensure all recruitments are efficient and transparent. All applications must be compulsorily submitted through this system. Applicants can create and save a personal profile for some of the job position as per requirements, however most of the time, the ERA is one time application submission enabled and may not be used for further application submission for other job positions. It is one application, one job enabled. In case the applicant need to apply for other job positions, the ERA has to be filled again.
Getting started
You must duly fill all the asterisked (*) field to apply for any vacant job position. This includes filling in personal information, education, experience, languages, skills and other information as required. This profile must have to be completed in one go. Make sure that the application for a specific vacancy is submitted before the application deadline. Please note that ERA may not be compatible with Opera Mini Browser.
Submitting an application
Once you read all the requirements for the job position, you can apply for that specific job position. At this point, you may be asked to fill your name, valid email address, your contact details and upload documents relevant to a particular vacancy. Once you are done, click the ‘Submit Application’ button. (This section may not apply for some job positions)
Recruitment process
Once the deadline for application is reached, the applications are thoroughly reviewed and processed for shortlisting. If you are shortlisted you will be invited for further selection process. The hiring unit will contact you through email/sms/phone call, in case you are shortlisted. The assessments will vary depending on the specific function, however it will often start with a technical assessment/s followed by a competency based interview.
